How Can We Help

  • Cassandra Centre provides advice, support and counselling services for young people and families who are directly or indirectly involved in abusive relationships e.g. parental abuse, sibling abuse, spititual abuse and familial abuse.  Additionally, and because your safety and well-being is essential and important to us, we will do whatever we can to help you in a variety of ways, such as:
    • Providing workshops that offer you valuable preventative solutions in sustaining healthy relationships.
    • Talking to our qualified staff who work from our Hub in Norbury, as they can also provide outreach within the community.
    • Offering intervention for domestic abuse perpetrators, some of whom are referred to us through the Youth Offending Services and the Criminal Justice Services.  We recognise that some perpetrators have also been victims of abuse and have been excluded from mainstream services.
    • Helping you to understand the impact of the differnt types of abuse and or violence.
    • Exploring ways to improve your circumstances, well-being and resilience.
    • Helping you to reduce the re-occurrence of violence and abuse.
    • Assisting you with confidence building and finding pathways to help improve your quality of life, so that you can enjoy healthier relationships.
