A constellation can reveal systemic influences and show you where your energy may be blocked. It can show the way to align yourself with your own inner strength and a deeper truth in relation to your family system and thus find momentum to move forward. During the day you will have the opportunity to do your own work and participate as representative in others’ constellations. We will also be focusing through a systemic lens on Domestic Abuse in connection with the work at the Cassandra Centre and supporting professionals who wish to help clients to reconsider their lives and empower themselves.

Every Thursday 12-4pm
Healthy Relationship Workshop
Our caseworkers Sophie and Chiola delivered a Healthy Relationship Workshop at Nescot College in Epsom on the 21st of October to 40 young women aged 16-17. This became an incredible discussion as they talked about domestic abuse and giving consent. Cassandra Centre believes more should be done in colleges and schools regarding these topics to ensure young women know and understand their rights regarding sex and domestic abuse and where to gain support and advice to prevent more young people from dying at the hands of a partner!
Half Term Trip!
Thank you to the Henry Smith Charity and Love Norbury for providing funding that is allowing the Cassandra Centre to take 30 children who have experienced Domestic Violence to Chessington Adventures.

Online chair-based dance programme
To provide support to senior members of the community who were at home during the Covid-19 pandemic, the dance instructor Hannah Ruth produced a six-week online chair-based dance programme by A.S.K.I to help keep people fit.
